Community gardens offer a perfect intersection of public and private space. Each gardener's plot is a tiny kingdom with clearly delineated boundaries.  Within the wide variety of personal boundaries,  gardeners haul in a wide variety of found and improvised objects for use in the garden. This series explores the garden alone, existing through the seasons when its people are elsewhere, exploring garden spaces that are a mix of creativity and usefulness, order and chaos.
